Create and Manage Groups

Creating and managing groups on buddy.art is a way to gather people with similar interests. Follow these steps to add a new group or manage existing ones.

Add a New Group

  1. Log in to your buddy.art account.
  2. Click on Account in the top menu and select Manage Your Groups.
  3. To create a new group, click on Add New.
  • Provide a clear title that reflects the purpose of the group.
  • Upload an image with the recommended size of 2000 x 1125 pixels to give your group a visual identity.
  • Write a detailed description to explain the goals of the group and guidelines for the members.
  • Choose a visibility setting for your group: public or hidden.
  • Create an invitation link with a selectable validity period (1 hour, 1 day, unlimited) and share it with others to invite members.
  • Save: Once you are satisfied with the information, click on Save to create the group.

Edit an Existing Group

  1. Go to Manage Your Groups to see a list of your groups.
  2. Select the group you wish to edit and click the Edit button.
  3. Update the group's information as needed and then click Save.

Publish and Unpublish Your Group

  1. Go to Manage Your Groups to see a list of your groups.
  2. Select the group you want to publish and click the Publish button.

To remove your group from the site, click the Unpublish button.

  • Each new group is reviewed by buddy.art to ensure it meets our guidelines.
  • After passing the review, the group is published, and you will receive an email notification with a link to the group.
