Manage Your Payments on buddy.art

buddy.art uses Stripe to manage payments. Below is a guide for navigating the payout process.

Payouts

To receive payments via buddy.art, you must register your payout details with Stripe.

1. Log in to your buddy.art account using your credentials.
2. Go to the payments page:
   • Click on Account in the menu.
   • Select the Payments option.
3. Manage your payouts:
   • On the payments page, use the Manage payouts link to access and update your bank details.
   • You will be redirected to Stripe's website to complete the process.

Stripe transfers money to the designated bank account, typically within 7 days after the buyer's payment has been processed.

Taxes and Declarations

Taxes and any self-employment contributions must be declared and paid by you if you have earned income through buddy.art. For questions regarding taxes, contact the tax authorities.

Manage Your Billing Information

Here's how you handle billing-related tasks:

1. Log in to your buddy.art account.
2. Navigate to billing:
   • Select Payments from the Account menu.
   • Under Payments, you will find options related to billing.
3. Update and manage:
   • To update billing information, click on Update billing information and VAT number.
   • To change the payment method, select Change payment method.
   • To review invoices or change your subscription, click on View invoice or cancel current plan.

Stripe stores and manages all invoices and receipts, ensuring that you always have access to the correct documentation of your transactions.
