As a consumer you have 14 days to cancel your purchase, without giving a reason. The period runs from the day after you received the goods, or the last item if the order is delivered in parts. The right of withdrawal does not apply if you buy as a business.

How to cancel

Use the form at Cancel your order. You can email hello@buddy.art instead. The message must be sent before the period runs out. We confirm by email.

Returns

Send the goods back within 14 days of your message, to buddy.art, Industrigatan 9, 112 46 Stockholm, Sweden. You pay the return postage. You may examine the goods as you would in a shop, but you are liable for any reduction in value if you handle them more than that.

Refunds

We refund the full amount including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of your message. If you chose a more expensive delivery than our standard option, we refund the standard cost. We may wait until the goods have come back to us or you have shown that they have been sent. The money goes back to the payment method you used.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your instructions or clearly personalised, for example pads with your logo, your print, or in a format you specified. We tell you before you order when this applies.

Pre-orders of our standard products carry the full right of withdrawal.

Complaints

In case of a dispute you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations. Free guidance is available from Hallå konsument, www.hallakonsument.se, or your local municipal consumer adviser.
