These terms apply to purchases on buddy.art. The seller and your contracting party is Fine Art Education Sweden AB (hereinafter "buddy.art" or "we").

Prices

Prices are shown in Swedish kronor including VAT. If a price is obviously wrong we contact you before processing the order, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel.

Orders

You accept these terms at checkout. The contract is formed when the order confirmation has been sent to your email. If an item is out of stock we let you know and refund you.

Payment

buddy.art uses Stripe to handle payments. Payment is taken when you place the order. We do not store any card details.

Delivery and collection

Your order is collected by arrangement. When we offer shipping, the cost is calculated at checkout before you pay, and the estimated delivery time is given with the order. If you have not received your order within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the purchase and get your money back.

Pre-orders

Some products can be pre-ordered. The estimated delivery time is shown with the product. If it is delayed, you can choose to wait or cancel and get your money back. Pre-orders carry the full right of withdrawal.

Faulty goods

You can report a fault for up to three years. A fault that appears within two years is presumed to have been present at delivery. Email hello@buddy.art with your order number and a photo if you have one. If the claim is accepted we cover the return postage and repair the fault, replace the item, or refund you.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 days to cancel purchases made on the website. Read more and cancel your order on the Right of withdrawal page.

Complaints

In case of a dispute you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations. Free guidance is available from Hallå konsument, www.hallakonsument.se.
